This is a list of what your computer should have to be able to make music with Sequel 2. If you use many tracks, effects and instruments, you might also need a more powerful computer.

- 1 GB RAM
- 6 GB of free hard disk space
- Supported operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7
- Display resolution 1280 x 800 pixels
- Windows DirectX compatible audio hardware; ASIO compatible audio hardware recommended for low latency performance
- DVD-ROM drive
- Internet access required for license activation
Mac
- Power Mac G5 1.8 GHz or Intel Core Solo 1.5 GHz processor
- 1 GB RAM
- 6 GB of free hard disk space
- Supported operating systems: Mac OS X 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6
